We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure that all construction activities and materials meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality assurance and control systems, performing inspections, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and inspection plans in accordance with project requirements and standards.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and material submittals for compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Ensure all materials and work comply with local codes, project specifications, and international standards.
• Prepare and submit QA/QC reports to management and clients.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for any quality issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
