- Develop and implement quality assurance processes.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
- Document quality control procedures and report findings.
- Provide training and support to team members on QA/QC standards.
- Identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant QA/QC experience in manufacturing or construction.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficient in testing methodologies, and familiarity with quality standards.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct inspections, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Working Conditions: Office and site-based, may require overtime and occasional travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, problem-solver, team player, and proactive.
