We’re Hiring: Senior QA Engineer / Test Lead

Work Setup: Hybrid or Remote (Based on project/client requirement)

Initial Engagement: 6 months (with potential renewal based on performance)

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer / Test Lead who will not only ensure high-quality product delivery but also mentor junior testers, drive quality initiatives, and lead testing strategies across agile squads.

• Lead and mentor junior QA team members
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define testable acceptance criteria
• Enhance and review current test strategies and processes
• Research and implement new testing tools and methodologies
• Provide strong technical leadership and contribute to team best practices

What’s Expected in the First 6 Months

• Become familiar with the product, squad, Agile practices, and QA processes
• Create test analysis based on requirements using QA’s standard guidelines
• Lead or assist in test case creation, execution, and reporting
• Begin writing test automation scripts

• 4–7 years of experience in software development or QA
• Strong experience in Agile environments
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium)
• Experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks
