シニア上流SE



上流システムエンジニアとして下記の業務を担当していただきます。


・主に医療ヘルスケア領域全般の顧客と直接コミュニケーションを図り、基本設計、詳細設計業務を推進。

※設計以降はベトナムオフショア側の大規模実装エンジニアで構成されるプロジェクトチームの適切な部署へ仕様を伝達、案件推進管理、オフショア開発へとつなぎます。


・顧客リリース前の成果物レビュー検査、およびリリース後の運用サポートを担当し継続した顧客リレーションを構築。

Requirements

【必須】

・目安5年以上のシステム開発経験。

・上流工程(要件定義と基本設計)経験。

・SIer企業での就業経験がある方


日本在住、日本語N1以上



【歓迎】

・リーダーとしてプロジェクト管理経験、若手の指導育成経験がある方

・オフショア開発の経験がある方

・ITアーキテクトの経験がある方
