- Creating and managing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitoring stocks levels, identifying purchasing needs, and placing order to maintain optimal inventory
- Maintaining accurate records of purchase, inventors and vendor information
- Analyzing costs, preparing reports on purchases, and identifying opportunities for cost savings
- Strong Communication and negotiation skills, analytical abilities, and proficiency in procurement software
- A Bachelor Degree in Business, supply chain management or related field
- 1-3 years experience in purchasing or procurement role
