- Assist in the procurement process by researching suppliers and comparing prices.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and supplier agreements.
- Communicate with vendors to track shipments and resolve discrepancies.
- Support inventory management and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align purchasing strategies.
- Assist in purchasing activities, conduct market research, manage inventory, and support negotiation efforts.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in purchasing or procurement roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in marketing research, strategic partnerships, inventory management, negotiation, and time management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel for supplier meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, reliable, and excellent communication skills.
