This position is responsible for purchasing goods for the organization. The main responsibilities include evaluating suppliers, negotiating price, and reviewing quality of goods and services of suppliers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scout and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotes, analyze proposals, by gathering data and considering price, quality, availability, service of the product or service.
• Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from the proper department.
• Ensure invoices are correct before forwarding to the Accounting Department.
• Support departments with purchase quotations
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Related work experiences is an advantage but not required.
• Graduate of bachelor's degree in Business Administration, economics or supply chain management 
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office and Excel.

Ability to multitask and work in a busy, fast paced and challenging environment.
