Responsible for processing purchase requisition for direct production materials. Develops technical specifications for procurement requirements and promptly coordinates to vendors for quotation purposes. Monitors progress and status of procurement up to its delivery based on required timeline. Facilitates sourcing, inspection and accreditation of suppliers based on established process and guidelines. Evaluates supplier quotation and negotiates for the best deals on procurement while maintaining compliance to required quality and specification standards.

● Graduate of Mechanical or Industrial Engineering course with similar work experience in procurement or other related function

● Resourceful in identifying vendor channels and with necessary negotiation skills in getting the best offer from suppliers

● Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

● Detailed-oriented, assertive and with good communication skills

● Valid driver's license holder
