Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Prepare and process purchase orders based on approved requisitions.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, prices, and terms.
Monitor and follow up on order status to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
Help ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Support cost-saving initiatives by identifying better purchase deals.
Assist in inventory monitoring and stock level analysis.
Prepare basic reports and documentation related to procurement activities.

Requirements

Graduate of any four year course preferably Civil Engineering
At least 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement (construction industry experience is a plus).
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
