Description
- In charge of the acquisition of the necessary goods and Services that will support business needs under the Supervision of Purchasing manager
- Assist in maintaining purchasing records and support all activities to keep the purchasing Department running efficiently
Requirements
- Receives and process purchase request
- Evaluates offers from the vendors and negotiate a better price
- Coordinates with the end user regarding specifications and scope of work details
- Commits with the End User to secure the necessary items or services that are being required in a timely manner
- Creates and Issues approved Purchase order
- Tracks orders and ensure timely delivery and others tasks.
