Description

  • Assist in the procurement process by researching suppliers and comparing prices.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and supplier agreements.
  • Communicate with vendors to track shipments and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support inventory management and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align purchasing strategies.
  • Assist in purchasing activities, conduct market research, manage inventory, and support negotiation efforts.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years in purchasing or procurement roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in marketing research, strategic partnerships, inventory management, negotiation, and time management.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel for supplier meetings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, reliable, and excellent communication skills.
