Performance Bonus
1. Build and nurture relationships with local media, journalists, and thought leaders.
2. draft, localize, and distribute press releases and opinion pieces in partnership with HQ
3. manage interviews, speaker placements, and local press events
4. monitor media sentiment, coverage, and flag potential issues to global team 5.develop localized media kits, Q&A documents, and press prep materials
6. collaborate with BD and marketing for joint PR initiatives with partners or events 7. support spokesperson placement(based on A/B/S-level system) and press coordination
1. 4+years experience in PR or strategic communications(agency or in-house, experience working at exchanges is a plus)
2. strong local media network; able to secure meaningful press coverage independently
3.excellent writing, editorial, and messaging skills(English + local language)
4. ability to handle fast-paced environments, media timelines, and cross-team input
5.experience with crypto/web3 or highly regulated industries is a plus
