Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor project execution at various sites to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing project timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on progress and quality control
- Ensure that safety standards and local construction codes are followed
- Provide technical advice and support during project implementation
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs as needed
- Assist in resolving design and construction issues on-site

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC board passer)
- With at least 1–2 years of experience in construction, site supervision, or project implementation
- Fresh board passers are welcome to apply
- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and technical plans
- Familiar with construction standards, structural design principles, and project documentation
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, AutoCAD; familiarity with MS Project or similar tools is a plus
- Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites as required
- Detail-oriented, organized, and has strong communication and leadership skills
