- Secure acquired lots by managing the temporary fencing of the property boundary.
- Coordinate with contractors to proceed with the implementation of temporary fencing.
- Outsource caretakers that will be assigned to the area before the designation of security guards.
- Conduct an ocular inspection of raw land properties.
- Must have bachelor's degree in business-related course.
- With good communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Applications.
- Willing to do fieldwork or site visits.
- Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City, near SM Fairview.
