Job Description

Leasing tasks

• Audit leases
• Process lease applications
• Income verification and background checks
• Coordination of move-ins
• Coordination of marketing vacant units
• Coordination of schedules
• Other tasks and assisting the leasing manager

Property tasks

• Fully own property onboarding process
• Gathering necessary information from previous management company
• Coordinating onboarding tasks between departments
• Accountable to Director of Operations
• Onboarding data to Entrata OS
• Coordinating billable work performed before onboarding is complete
• Auditing tenant leases/ledgers and management agreements

Role Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in English and communication skills
• Experience is a must
• Self-starter mentality
• Affinity for detail
• Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
• Knowledge of the regulatory landscape
• Tech-savvy
• High-caliber individual – definitely looking for an “expert” who can get a lot of work done very efficiently
