This is a full-time role for a Property Specialist at Ayala Land Premier in Makati. The Property Specialist will be responsible for communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service, specializing in residential real estate, and driving sales through effective strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Expertise in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
• Sales skills
• Experience in property management or real estate is a plus
• Proven track record of successful sales transactions
• Ability to work both in an office and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
