- Maintain relationships with current tenants
- Overseeing the timely and successful completion of repair and maintenance issues.
- Showing properties to prospective tenants.
- Handling collection of Rented Income.
- Effective time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's Degree (4yrs)
- Preferably, having a minimum of 5 years of experience in property management.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong numeracy and organizational skills.
