Description

  • Assist the Property Manager in implementing the Security and Housekeeping Guidelines of the Property
  • Ensure that all equipment are operational during the scheduled operating hours.
  • Monitor and record all utilities consumption (electricity, water and diesel fuel) to see if daily consumptions are within budget.
  • Ensure that all permits and licenses related to the operation of the building/facilities and its appurtenant equipment are secured and complied on time
  • Plans and ensures that value enhancing programs are implemented maximizing existing resources and related costs at a minimum
  • Ensures that building rules and regulations, safety and uninterrupted service to the building and its tenants are complied with at its best


Qualifications

  • Registered Electrical Engineer.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in high rise offices & commercial buildings with technical function is required.
  • Knowledgeable of electro-mechanical systems in the operation of all plants, equipment, and facilities in the building, preventive maintenance implementation, safety programs, makes estimate of time & materials.
  • With PCO Licensed or Certificate


Position Summary: The Property Engineer will ensure proper, orderly, cost effective, and timely execution of the operation and maintenance of all building systems, facilities, and equipment.

· Leadership Skills: Regional managers have to keep their employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions. A successful regional manager is a good leader.

· Time Management: Regional managers work with multiple area across a large region, driving many miles to coordinate in area visits and reviews. Time management is essential to make sure everything gets done.

· Analytical Skills: Regional managers are in charge of hiring new area coordinators, and being a good judge if character will help ensure that the right people are being hired. Analytical skills are needed to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day.

· Decision-Making Skills: The buck stops with you. Whether it is dealing with employees or clients, regional managers will have to make decisions that affect the company. Having the ability to make hard and fast decisions is crucial to success.

  • Speaking and Writing: Regional managers do a lot of communication. This might be in front of a group of employees, or in a meeting with management. Regional managers might be called upon to write reports, recommendations, or reprimands. Great verbal communications and writing skills will help in any of these scenarios.
