Job description:

• Ensure the maintenance of tenant rental payment schedules.
• Manage bill payments, notarizations, document deliveries, and receptions.
• Manage the processing and follow-up of work permits, gate passes, and tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Attend to move-out unit turnovers by coordinating with tenants.
• Generate Official Receipts.
• Assist in handling tenant inquiries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Monitor rental payment schedules and prepare reports related to billings, collections, and unit status.
• Process and maintain documentation such as contracts, permits, gate passes, move-in/move-out forms, and official receipts.
• Perform other administrative tasks and special assignments as needed.

Candidate Qualifications

• Preferably with work experience in real estate, property management, or a related field.
• Accepting candidates with a bachelor’s degree; preference will be given to those with qualifications in office administration, property management, or similar disciplines.
• A strong background in customer service is highly valued.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn, with the ability to adapt to administrative and field tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.
