Description
- Assist in marketing and promoting available properties/units to prospective clients.
- Handle inquiries, conduct site tours, and present leasing terms.
- Prepare and process lease agreements, contracts, and related documents.
- Coordinate with property management for tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Ensure accurate records of tenants, contracts, and payments.
- Build and maintain good relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction.
- Support leasing targets and contribute to occupancy goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management or any related course
- 1-2 years of experience as commercial leasing or equivalent with good communication skills and pleasing personality
- Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure and in new environment
