• Market, promote, and sell Cathay Land properties through ads, booth manning, open houses, and participation in various marketing initiatives
• Provide clients with assistance/updates on prices, inventory, legal and/or documentary requirements, and other related aspects
• Deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective clients, up to after-sales service
• Build and maintain positive and favorable networks and business relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure future sales
• Meet sales targets
• Able to send daily activity reports to upper sales management
• Daily coordination with sellers and leaders for tasks and work schedule alignment
• Attend sales generating events, sales meetings, and other engagement programs initiated by the Company

• NO WORK EXPERIENCE NEEDED
• Completed at least 72 units in college
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Willing to work on-site: Las Piñas City
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays
