Conduct sales presentations and lead negotiations with potential clients, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including creating impactful promotions and incentives to meet and exceed sales targets
Build and maintain a comprehensive client database to drive lead generation and sales efforts
Generate and submit timely sales reports to track performance, opportunities, and challenges
Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with external partners, clients, and internal teams
Drive sales growth through networking with external partners, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives
Lead marketing initiatives, especially in relation to the Broker’s Appreciation Program
Meet and exceed both internal and external sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Manage all inbound and outbound correspondence to ensure seamless communication between clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Actively participate in sales and training meetings to stay informed on new strategies and techniques
Assist with the pre-qualification of buyers and ensure smooth documentation processes during bookings
Support team collaboration, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Contribute to the planning and coordination of corporate events, ensuring alignment with company goals
Collaborate to create and implement global best practices at the project level

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales and client management, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
Strong communication skills (fluent in English and Filipino) and ability to build relationships with clients and partners
Proven negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to achieve both individual and company sales targets
Customer-centric mindset, focused on delivering exceptional client experiences
Strong follow-through skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
Experience with sales strategies, including promotions and incentives
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
Solid understanding of real estate practices and principles
Team player with a collaborative mindset
