Description
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide detailed product information to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Sales Promotion: Actively promote and sell assigned products, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets. This includes demonstrating product features and benefits effectively.
- Merchandising: Ensure that products are attractively displayed, shelves are well-stocked, and promotional materials are properly set up to catch customer attention.
Requirements
- Educational Background: At least a high school graduate; some positions may prefer candidates with a college background.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous but not always required.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and retain detailed information about products to provide accurate information to customers.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for extended periods and handling physical tasks such as setting up displays.
