This position maintains customer relationships and ensures that the company’s product is competitive. They manage sales teams and projects, and ensure that sales targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage the interface between the company and stakeholders involved in decision-making.
• Submit market reports that include project sales lists, price monitoring, and project sales analysis.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate to replenish stocks.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to improve sales strategies.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Stay on track on industry trends and market developments.
• Be able to communicate well with customers and suppliers to build and maintain strong relationships. 
• Adhering to high ethical standards, and ensuring the adherence to all relevant company regulations and policies.

Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Must have 2-3 years of proven experience in sales or showroom management.
• Expert in actual use of MS Office.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and customer care abilities, with knowledge in modern managerial techniques and best practices.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
