Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Management Support:

(1) Assist the Product Lead in product planning and execution.

(2) Track project progress to ensure timely completion and report updates and issues promptly.

(3) Participate in cross-departmental communication and coordination to ensure effective collaboration among teams.

2. Product Development Support:

(1) Assist in monitoring the product development process to ensure that development progress aligns with the project plan.

(2) Collaborate with development and testing teams to resolve issues during product development and ensure product quality.

(3) Support pre-launch testing and quality checks of the product.

3. Internal and External User Feedback and Optimization:

Collect and analyze feedback, assisting in the improvement of workflows and collaboration efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

2. 1-2 years of relevant experience in exchange project management or product management.

3. Basic knowledge of project management, familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

4. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work efficiently in cross-departmental teams.

5. Quick learner with high emotional intelligence, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.

6. Proficiency in English as a working language is a plus.

7. Ability to quickly understand and master new work methods.
