- Manage and oversee construction projects on-site.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and report on timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections and manage onsite issues.
- Assist in resource allocation and scheduling.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in project site engineering.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD, Layout Apps, SketchUp, and Interior Deepening Design.
- Working Conditions: On-site work in construction environments, may require evening or weekend hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
