Prepare detailed unit cost analysis for both materials and labor for use in bid preparations.
Estimate scopes in the Bill of Quantities using bid plans and findings during site inspection. Determine scopes that need to be raised with clients.
Identify work items and special materials for quotation from suppliers.
Coordinate with project management team, suppliers, partner contractors, and client matters that need to be addressed for project completion.
Implement and supervise works execution
Document project accomplishment through photos and quantify progress for project monitoring and reporting.
Prepare progress billing forms and other documents

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.
Must be a PRC Licensed Engineer
Must be flexible, hardworking, dedicated and eager to learn and grow in the field of interior fit-out renovation construction work
With interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient or knowledgeable in computer and construction related programs such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and equivalent
Can prepare communication letters both in Filipino and English
