- Oversee site operations and ensure project compliance with design specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections for safety and quality control.
- Prepare daily reports and documentation of site activities.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers to track progress and budgets.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; recent graduates welcome.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, effective communication, basic project management knowledge.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor construction sites, potential exposure to various weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, team player, proactive attitude, willingness to learn.
