  • Project Locations - Cagayan Valley - Luzon
  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Conduct site inspections and enforce safety regulations.
  • Assist in project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues on-site.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • PRC License and COSH Training Certificate is an Advantage.
  • Experience Level: 8-10 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, and strong analytical skills.
  • Working Conditions: Outdoor work at construction sites, potentially in varying weather conditions.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
