- Oversee daily construction activities on-site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Review blueprints and technical drawings
- Monitor project progress and report to management
- Assist in project planning and scheduling
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student eager to learn and grow in the field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Quantity Surveying/Quality Assurance, excellent narrative writing, effective coordination in calls, and strong reporting abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in project coordination, prepare progress reports, and support quality assurance processes.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with field visits; collaborative team environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communicator, and problem-solver.
