Job Description

We are looking for a PRC-licensed Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities and ensure that projects are executed according to plans, specifications, quality standards, and schedules. The Site Engineer will work closely with the Project Manager, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Assist in material requests, quantity monitoring, and cost control
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports
• Address technical issues and site concerns as they arise

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Licensed)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• With at least 1 year of site experience (preferred but open to fresh board passers)
• Knowledgeable in construction methods and materials
• Able to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
• Willing to work on-site and render overtime when necessary
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
