- Oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate between contractors, architects, and project managers.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues.
- Prepare reports and documentation for management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Support project planning and scheduling efforts.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in site engineering.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD, Project Gantt charts, Layout applications, and SketchUp is essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Overseeing site operations, ensuring project compliance, and coordinating with contractors.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work on construction sites, may require travel and extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
