Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years’ experience working in related field
- Experience working with digital products teams and multi-cultural organizations
- Experience working with software development cycle
- Knowledgeable in Content Management System (CMS) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with functional support analyst and technical teams
- Working with project management, stakeholder management, and with internal customers
- Monitoring the right team are doing diagnosis and provides regular updates
- Coordinating and managing digital products; collaborate with digital products team
- Taking ownership of technical issues and provide ongoing support to technical team
