• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.
• Proven experience in managing IT projects and leading technical teams.
• Proven experience in overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization's cyber security strategy, ensuring the protection of data, networks, and systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement security policies, leading a team of security professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
