  • Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of MEP works from mobilization to turnover.
  • Review drawings and specifications and ensure compliance during installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment across project sites.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors and provide progress updates.
  • Monitor project budget, procurement, and work progress to avoid delays.
  • Enforce safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (DOLE, permits, utility standards).
  • Resolve technical and site issues through practical engineering solutions.
  • Manage and oversee Sr. Project Engineer/s & Project Engineer/s in executing project activities and ensuring accountability to assigned scopes.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Licensed EE required).
  • 5–10 years experience in MEP/MEFPS or building systems installation.
  • Strong background in electrical distribution, and coordination with HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Experience in manpower planning, site supervision, and equipment commissioning.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
