Description

The Project Manager for KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Management is responsible for overseeing and executing influencer marketing campaigns in an advertising agency setting. This role involves strategic planning, talent sourcing, client coordination, and ensuring seamless execution of KOL-driven initiatives that align with brand objectives.


1. KOL Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for clients across various industries.
  • Identify, vet, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators.
  • Ensure alignment between KOL partnerships and brand objectives.
  • Oversee content creation, approval processes, and campaign rollout.


2. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and KOLs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy) to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project timelines, deliverables, and expectations.


3. Budget & Contract Management

  • Negotiate fees, contracts, and deliverables with KOLs and their representatives.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.


4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future influencer campaigns.


5. Industry Trends & Best Practices

  • Stay updated on emerging KOL and influencer trends, platforms, and regulations.
  • Recommend innovative approaches to maximize campaign impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards
