1. Lead the planning and execution of overseas Web3 projects, formulating an overall strategic plan and being responsible for user growth, ecosystem collaboration, and business outcomes;

2. Build an overseas ecosystem network, connecting relevant partners such as exchanges, investment institutions, KOLs, and DAO organizations to promote token listings, liquidity partnerships, and brand exposure;

3. Manage and lead the overseas operations, business, and marketing teams, establish KPIs, and coordinate cross-departmental resources (technical, compliance, financial) to ensure efficient project execution;

4. Monitor overseas regulatory dynamics (such as the U.S. SEC and Singapore MAS), develop compliance plans, and ensure the project's legal operation in various markets.

1. Over 5 years of experience in the Web3 industry, with more than 3 years of experience managing overseas projects, having fully led at least one blockchain project (including financing, launch, and ecosystem development throughout the entire lifecycle);

2. Possess a global perspective, proficient in overseas business negotiations and ecosystem cooperation model design, familiar with ecosystem rules of public chains such as Solana and Ethereum;

3. Fluency in English is a plus (for business communication/document handling), understanding of overseas token economic models (Tokenomics) and compliance issuance processes;

4. Strong stress resistance, ability to quickly respond to market changes, and capability to achieve breakthroughs from 0 to 1 as well as cross-cultural collaboration.

Additional Qualifications

1. Possess resources from overseas exchanges, investment institutions, or KOLs, with successful project financing/exit cases.

2. Familiarity with on-chain data analysis tools (such as Dune Analytics) and overseas social media operations (Twitter/Telegram).

Salary: 30-50k + project bonuses
