- Evaluate project specifications and requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze historical data to develop pricing strategies.
- Review bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and standards.
- At least 1 year experience in Estimating aluminum and glass and other facade scope.
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or Architecture or any related course.
- Knowledgeable in glass and aluminum works.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Sketch Up applications.
- Know how to read shop drawings.
- Can work in minimal supervision.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel).
