We're looking for a Project Engineer to join our dynamic team as we deliver high-quality architectural and interior fit-out projects. In this role, you'll play a vital part in turning design visions into built reality—managing projects from pre-construction planning to final handover.

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring alignment with design intent, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution on-site.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and generate regular status reports for internal teams and clients.
• Implement quality control procedures and safety standards on-site.
• Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and material take-offs.
• Resolve technical issues and site concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Lead site coordination meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals.
• Track project milestones and proactively address any delays or cost variations.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project or construction management, ideally in interior fit-out or design-build settings.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management tools and software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Must be willing to relocate depending on site requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and design integrity.
