Job Description

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist project managers in developing project documentation and plans.
  • Maintain project schedules and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project budgets and assist in resource allocation.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in project administration or coordination.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
