Job Description

  • Lead and manage change initiatives across the organization to ensure smooth implementation and adherence to project goals.
  • Oversee program planning, development, and execution to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3–5 years of relevant experience in change management and program management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong proficiency in Agile Project Management and traditional Project Management methodologies.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in IT Project Management and Operational Management.
