Job Description
- Lead and manage change initiatives across the organization to ensure smooth implementation and adherence to project goals.
- Oversee program planning, development, and execution to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and drive project success.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies for risk management and mitigation within projects.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of relevant experience in change management and program management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong proficiency in Agile Project Management and traditional Project Management methodologies.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in IT Project Management and Operational Management.
