Description
- Lead and supervise the production team to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.
- Prepare reports on production performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, effective planning abilities, teamwork orientation, and empathy towards team members.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee production processes, coordinate team activities, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced production environment with potential noise and safety precautions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, adaptability, communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential.
