The Production Supervisor responsible for day-to-day production within the company. Supervises, motivates, and supports the staff daily, applying a team approach and maintaining open communication. The Production Supervisor plans, schedules, strategizes, and oversees all production activities while continually coping with sales’ customer requirements. 

• Graduate of any engineering courses
• At least 1-year supervisory experience gained from Manufacturing Industry preferable from the following: Printing, Food Manufacturing or Flexible Packaging 
• Knows minor machine trouble shooting
• Familiarity with the following preferred: ISO Documentation and Processes, Good Hygiene Practices (GHP)
• BOSH or HACCP Training a definite PLUS
• Proficient in general computer operation (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Can motivate different personality within the department
• Orientation: Detailed, Meticulous, Flexible, Pro-Active, a Team Player, with Good Sense of Urgency & Commitment to get the job done ahead of time and Customer Service
• Skills: Leadership, Good Organizational, Planning, Interpersonal, Analytical and Communication skills both oral and written
• Ability to focus on multiple projects
• Can Work under minimal Supervision
• Willing to work Monday - Saturday on Shifting Schedule at Barangay Ugong Valenzuela City
