Graduate of Engineering Course (Electrical, Mechanical) or Industrial Engineering

Functional / Technical Skills *

GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Management, Quality System Management, Control of Food Processing Operation, Control of Nonconformities, Root Cause Analysis and Productivity

Work Experience *

Specialist or Line Supervisors in any food or meat establishments here in the Philippines or abroad

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operation and ensure compliance to production plan with efficient operation.
• Prepare weekly production schedule and manpower requirement.
• Check daily compliance to production schedule and manpower requirement.
• Ensure all raw materials , packaging and production implements needed are available on daily operation.
• Implement control and disciplinary measures when needed .
• Prepare productivity reports and check monitoring forms of machine operators.
• Keep track of machine condition before start of production and report machine trouble for repair.
• Perform other work assignment that will be assigned from time to time.
