- Supervise production personnel and manufacturing and packaging operations
- Observes and implements Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, safety rules and regulations.
- Ensures that the manufacturing and packaging directions indicated in the BMR’s and PDR’s during the processing is strictly followed
- Informs the Production Manager on problems encountered during operation
- Recommends improvements in the operation to achieve increase in the productivity and efficiency and reduce cost
