Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or related field is a plus.
