Description
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Perform visual inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Follow all safety and company policies and procedures.
- Pack and label finished products accurately.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Assist with inventory control and material handling as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- High school or Senior high graduate
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift weights.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or shifts, if required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
