Production Operator
CC1 Serebeni Clothing Manufacturing
Job Description
- Operates and monitors machinery in a manufacturing environment to ensure smooth production.
- Performs quality control checks to ensure products meet standards.
- Assists with the setup, calibration, and maintenance of production equipment.
- Follows safety guidelines and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Records production data, including output and downtime.
- Troubleshoots minor issues with machinery and reports major malfunctions to supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training or certification is a plus).
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role.
- Knowledge of production processes and equipment.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, or overtime if required.
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.
