Description
- Operate and monitor machinery in a production environment.
- Ensure quality standards are met by inspecting products.
- Maintain production schedules and report any issues.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Understanding of quality standards, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
- Working Conditions: Manufacturing environment; must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, reliable, proactive attitude, and strong work ethic.
