Description
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement production schedules and processes.
- Manage staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production workflows.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, inventory management, planning, forecasting, operations management, and process improvement.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee production processes, ensure quality standards, manage team dynamics, and optimize operations.
- Working Conditions: Typically in a manufacturing setting, may require extended hours and adherence to safety protocols.
- Qualities and Traits: A proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
